Made during the summer of 2020, this stained glass commission sits above the front door in the corridor of a Victorian House. On a personal level, working on this commission during a pandemic has made me appreciate the positive effects of colour and light in a therapeutic way, and I realise even more how colour therapy can help improve mood and the feeling of well-being.
Some of the incredibly beautiful detail at Syon House in Brentford. Built on the site of Syon Abbey, the interior was designed by Robert Adam in the 1760s. London residence to the Duke of Northumberland and his family.
Photos taken from the telly, just incredible. The moon passes in front of the sun leaving a ‘diamond ring’ effect as it shines through the valleys in the moon and the sun’s ‘corona’ during the total eclipse.
